LINK UP BIKE SHARE
LINK UP is a startup bike share
program aiming to provide a healthy
and eco-friendly alternative to traveling for the residents, students and staff in and around the Kutztown University area.To connect with Kutztown’s Pennsylvania Dutch roots, a blackletter style typeface was created for the logo and yellow and orange were utilized to portray the heritage’s rich color palette. A bike safety and town racing event were created for LINK UP, as well as posters, helmet, bike designs and a mobile app for those using the bike share program. Link up has utilized a primary logo featuring orange and yellow, a secondary logo featuring white, orange and yellow, and two tertiary logos featuring orange and white. and all yellow. Tight kerning allows LINK UP to read as two words, but also for "KU" to show for Kutztown University.
